Get to Know Me

Hello! I am Bailey Keates, a dedicated actress, voice over, and motion capture/performance capture artist. I am proudly represented by AMP Talent Group. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies obtained from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Voice Acting Foundations Certificate acquired from George Brown College, I am committed to continuously improving my craft and delivering the best performance possible. My voice has been described as conversational, upbeat, and friendly, allowing me to connect authentically with audiences.

I bring a versatile range to my work. As an alumnus of The MoCap Vaults, I have specialized training in character acting, and a vast understanding of the skillset required to give a captivating performance within the volume. I train in kickboxing, and I am proud to be an associate member of Fight Directors Canada, Canada's largest stage combat organization. I also hold a valid Firearms Possession and Acquisition License (restricted and non-restricted), and am comfortable with handling all varieties of weapons.

Throughout my growing career, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to a range of film, television, commercial, and motion capture projects. My on-camera work includes playing Evie Wilde, the lead in Deadbeat Daddy Wants My Spotlight (ReidFramed), portraying Patty Scheibmeir in The Food That Built America (S07E05), and appearing as Friend #2 in the Casey House: PSA directed by Academy Award–nominated filmmaker Hubert Davis. In commercial work, I performed as the principal Coffee Girl in Thrivent’s “Launch,” directed by Jody Hill. Within the motion capture volume, I used my versatility in emotional and physical performance to provide services for Ubisoft on an upcoming video game. These experiences continue to shape my growth as a performer and fuel my passion for authentic, character-driven storytelling.

In my pursuit of excellence, I consistently seek opportunities to enhance my skills. I have had the privilege and honour of training with renowned actor and mentor Pascal Langdale (Heavy Rain, Watch Dogs: Legion) and Darryl Purdy (Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, Shadow of the Tomb Raider) through The MoCap Vaults, and participating in group sessions with esteemed actors such as Jennifer Hale (Mass Effect, X-Men '97), Arif S Kinchen (Saints Row, Starfield), and Sara Cravens (Mortal Kombat 11, God of War) through SkillsHub. By connecting with industry professionals, I strive to broaden my horizons and stay up-to-date with relevant opportunities within the industry, while continuing to sharpen my skills.

Operating from my professional home studio, I offer quick turnaround times and a seamless, collaborative experience with all of my clients. I am able to connect through any software of the client's choosing. My technical literacy ensures a smooth and efficient workflow, ultimately allowing me to provide you the ideal final product. I am able and willing to travel for work which requires studio sessions, on-camera work, or work within the motion capture volume.

I am passionate about bringing stories to life. Let's join forces and create something remarkable together!
